“Full Service” Wedding Planning Package: Call for Pricing.

This is A Royal Affairs most popular package as it provides the bride and groom with ease in planning their special day. We work in partnership with you in producing your dream wedding.

This Package Includes:

  • Up to 30 Consultation Hours (Real face to face time to discuss all wedding issues)

This package is for the couple who had already booked some vendors and planned most of the wedding.

As your personal consultant, I will work with you about six to eight weeks prior to your wedding to help coordinate with your vendors. A Royal Affair will provide timelines and checklists that will keep everyone on the same page as your storybook wedding unfolds page after page.

This Package Includes:

  • 1 Complimentary Consultation over lunch
  • Up to 15 Consultation Hours ( Real face to face time to discuss all wedding issues)
  • Wedding Day Director and one “DAY OF” Coordinators
  • Wedding Day Emergency Kit

This package is for small intimate weddings with no more than 50 – 75 guests. A Royal Affair will assist you in coordinating the perfect wedding for you, your family and friends.

  • Up to 10 Consultation Hours

Ruby Package

“Wedding Day or Day Of” Wedding Planning Package: Call for Pricing

This package allows you to enjoy the wedding that you have planned. A Royal Affair will provide professional representation for the direction of your wedding day only to make the actual day run smoothly and stress free.

(Must meet at least 2 months before the wedding day.)

This Package Includes:

  • Up to 4 Consultation Hours. These consultations are a time for you to ask wedding related questions, etiquette questions, etc… We will provide advice and helpful tips via phone, email, or meeting.
  • Wedding Day Emergency Kit
  • Marriage License & Name Change Guidance
  • Wedding Day Director Only (8 hour Coverage)
  • Includes the Following Services:

    1. Final Vendor Confirmations
    2. Orchestrate Rehearsal
    3. Orchestrate Ceremony
    4. Wedding Day Itinerary

Pre Wedding Day:

  • Meet to discuss the details of your wedding and to collect a copy of all contracts
  • Meet before your wedding day at the Reception Site to discuss set up details and to design a floor plan
  • Make a personalized wedding day timeline to distribute to you, your groom and vendors
  • Call or meet all contracted vendors to ensure proper information for your day
  • Assist with contracting no more than one other vendor if needed for planning of wedding

Rehearsal:

  • Direct Rehearsal that includes coordinating processional and recessional of ceremony for a maximum of 1.50 hours. Anytime over the 1.50 hours will be billed at an hourly rate

    ** (If site provides on-site coordinator for the rehearsal, A Royal Affair will sit as observers to ensure that you and wedding party are well taken care of)
  • Collect all ceremony and reception accessories including final disbursement and gratuity envelopes for vendors in a sealed envelope
  • Distribute wedding timeline to wedding party, so that they will know where and when to be in certain places for ceremony, reception, pictures, etc….

Wedding Day:

  • Assist with any last minute details of the bride an wedding party
  • Distribute bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages to the wedding party
  • Arrive at the ceremony and reception early to supervise vendor set up.
  • Act as liaison between you and all vendors to ensure that they fulfill their commitment to your standards
  • Set up ceremony and reception accessories (guestbook, programs, cake knife, etc…)
  • Line up wedding party and cue the start of ceremony
  • Assist photographer in gathering people for photos
  • Supervise reception activities and timing for all reception proceedings
  • Attend to the needs of the bride, groom, wedding party, family, and guest
  • Disburse final balances and gratuity to vendors in a sealed envelope
  • Make sure that wedding gifts and accessories are removed from the site

A Royal Affair offers this service when you only need specific aspects planned, or if you would like to customize your own package, the A-La-Carte has a variety of options for you to choose from!

Consultation Hourly Rate:
Price is $75 per hour

  • These hourly consultations are a time for you to ask wedding etiquette questions, how to handle family conflict, etc… A consultant will provide advice and helpful tips via phone, email, or meeting

Budgeting Session:
Price is $200

  • A Royal Affair will help to develop a budget for your wedding and helpful tips on how to maintain and stay within your budget

List of Location Searches:
Price is $400

  • We have an extensive list of qualified venues and vendors that can fit within your theme and budget. We will research each site for date availability and for your criteria in the following categories:
    • Ceremony and Reception Sites, Photography, Videography, Officiant, Entertainment, Invitations, Florist, Catering, Wedding Attire for Bride, Groom and Wedding Party, Limousines, and any other vendor that is associated with planning your wedding.

List of Vendor Searches:
Price is $400

  • We have an extensive list of qualified vendors and venues that can fit within your theme and budget. We will provide you with a list for the categories that you specify. All research of date availability and specific criteria is solely the responsibility of the client.

RSVP Services:
Price is $75 per 50 Guest

  • We can track your RSVP’s as they come in and provide you with a headcount for the venue and provide you a print out for your reference.

Wedding “DAY OF” Coordinator
Price is $50 per hour

  • Provide coordination of ceremony & rehearsal only

Program/Invitation Design Session
Price is $200

  • A Royal Affair consultant will sit down with you and one of our designers and design your program or invitation for your special day.

Invitation Management
Price is $75 per 50 Guest

  • A Royal Affair will manage your guest list, stuff, stamp and address your invitations. (Ask about calligraphy printing prices. Client to provide stamps)
